Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in quantity surveying field in property development.
• Well-versed in Microsoft Office, any Contract Admin & IFCA software is an added advantage.
• Ability to build good relationships internally and externally.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of cost estimation, feasibility studies, budgetary forecast and review.
• Liaise with consultants for tendering, evaluation of tender and recommendation for award.
• Monitor and coordinate contractual claims, payments, variations and final accounts.
