• Pre and Post contract management responsibilities and contract administration.
• To control and coordinate Project Surveyor for project tender exercise, Contract Documentation, Interim payment and Final Account Settlement.
• Able to manage and coordinate project related contractual matters.
• Attending meeting on Behalf of company Director for Clients and Consultants meeting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent recognised by BQSM.
• Minimum 10 years of working experience and preferable 5 years minimum experience in QS Consultant Firm.
• Good written and verbal communication in English and computer skills in Microsoft Office application, Glodon Software and Build Soft.
