Job description

Responsibilities

• Work in the QC team and apply IPQC skills, such as use of Vision System and CMM to check production parts and produce a report.
• Prepare documentation for ISO audit and QC reports.
• Liaise with customers to resolve QC issues.
• Prepare Lot Traveller, FA reports, COC reports and related documentation.
• Prepare ISO 9001 documentation for ISO audits.
• Have fundamental knowledge of 3D/2D drawings, material and process design, such as GD&T, 8D reports, and related concepts.
• Candidates with good working experience will be value added.
• Required skills: basic handling of checking systems, ISO, calibration and other IPQC skills.
• Ensure precision turned or milled plastic/metal parts comply with customer standards.
• Read, understand and implement customer quality standards through technical drawings and other specifications.
• Able to use dimensional measurement equipment.
• Develop and update Process Control Plans and reliability test plans.
• Troubleshoot and find solutions to non-conforming products and issues faced by sub-contractors in finishing processes.
• Use QC tools and statistical analysis to represent quality screening results.
