Job summary

A construction management company in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Senior Project Executive to supervise construction activities and ensure compliance with quality standards. The role involves coordinating subcontractor activities, conducting inspections, and maintaining safety practices on site. The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree, a minimum of 3 years of experience, and is expected to work independently and six days a week. Senior Project Executive (ID Fit Out Work)

To assist the Project/Construction Manager to supervise all construction works on the project.

To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the QESH management system.

To meet client and applicable legal and other requirements.

To implement plan actions from risks and opportunities assessment.

To supervise, monitor and control daily works at the project site and adhere to document control procedure.

To coordinate and monitor subcontractor’s activities at project site.

To maintain good house-keeping and implement ESH practices.

To ensure that all works carried out are in accordance to the drawings, specifications, construction plan, procedures, work instructions, etc.

To carry out inspection and tests as per Inspection and Test Plans and use all quality control mechanisms in the QESH management system. Results of such to conform to specifications.

To develop space planning, design conceptualization, mood board and material selection to client

Assist in creating 3D renderings to communicate design ideas effectively.

To assist in detailed drawings or shop drawings to support design and construction processes.

To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.

Qualifications
  • Degree / Diploma in Architectural/ Interior Design or related field.
