A property development firm in Malaysia is seeking a Project Coordinator to assist the Project Manager in overall project planning and execution. The candidate will manage property construction projects from the planning stage to completion, liaise with various stakeholders, and ensure compliance with local authority requirements. The ideal applicant will have a Diploma or Degree in a related field and 3-5 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is necessary for effective communication.
Assist the Project Manager in overall project planning, coordination, and execution.
Manage and coordinate property construction projects from planning stage through completion and handover.
Liaise with consultants, contractors, clients, and government authorities to ensure timely submissions and approvals.
Monitor project progress, budget, timelines, and compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
Involve in concept design, feasibility studies, plan checking, tender preparation and award, and project implementation up to CCC.
Attend authority inspections, client meetings, consultant meetings, and construction coordination meetings.
Manage project documentation, submissions, approvals, and drawing revisions.
Follow up on clearance letters, site inspections, and issuance of CCC by local authorities.
