Join PMI Technology as a Senior Project Engineer and take ownership of complex manufacturing and engineering projects from planning to delivery.

This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy hands-on project ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and exposure to industrial equipment fabrication and pressure vessel projects.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Plan, prepare, and monitor project production schedules to meet delivery timelines
• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, budgets, and change control
• Prepare and maintain ISO documentation and project records
• Coordinate closely with design, production, quality, procurement, and supply chain teams
• Support production planning and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT)
• Ensure all finished products meet company quality standards, industry regulations, and authority requirements
• Prepare and submit project progress reports to customers
• Manage packing lists and delivery readiness (95% completion milestone)
• Coordinate delivery arrangements with logistics teams and customers

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project coordination / manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and quality systems
• Experience using ERP / MRP systems and engineering documentation tools
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, customers, and suppliers
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and multitasking abilities
• AutoCAD skills will be an added advantage
• Knowledge of Pressure Vessel Fabrication is highly preferred
