Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related discipline.

Minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience in Procurement or Supply Chain roles, preferably within manufacturing, chemicals, AGS, or aerospace environments.

Strong knowledge of procurement operations, supplier management, negotiation, and contract administration, supported by sound commercial judgement.

Proficient in ERP/MRP systems, Microsoft Office, and program-based procurement environments.

Working understanding of contract law, customs regulations, and financial fundamentals, including cost analysis, P&L impact, and balance sheet basics.

Ability to balance cost, quality, and delivery priorities with effective stakeholder and supplier relationship management.

CIPS or equivalent professional certification is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Execute end-to-end supply chain operations, covering supplier scheduling, receiving, production coordination, and final shipment.

Plan and administer supplier schedules aligned with the Master Production Schedule (MPS), including management of order changes and supply disruptions.

Maintain ERP/MRP data integrity, ensuring accurate receipt, dispatch, and shipment transactions.

Optimise inventory performance to mitigate supply risk while achieving cost, quality, and delivery objectives.

Coordinate daily engagement with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and customers to ensure operational continuity.

Evaluate and implement operational or procedural changes, ensuring stakeholder alignment prior to execution.

Lead operational review meetings, monitor KPIs, and drive timely closure of action items.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.

Provide team leadership and coaching, ensuring performance delivery, compliance, capability development, and adherence to HSE standards.
