Job description

The Senior Production Executive is responsible for the full oversight of production operations, ensuring efficiency, strict quality control, regulatory compliance, and effective coordination both internally and externally. The role involves continuous upgrading and improvement of production infrastructure, expanding production capacity to achieve the company’s monthly targets, and enhancing the sample development process. The Senior Production Executive must maintain active collaboration with the sample development team in China, lead the implementation of the sample production line, and provide relevant training to support overall company objectives and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Production Management & Quality Control – Lead and supervise customer orders across all production lines, ensure product quality meets required standards, and implement safety procedures in daily production operations.
• Sample Production Coordination – Manage all aspects of sample production, including scheduling, material preparation, quality checks, tracking of sample materials, and handling related issues.
• Customer Quality Assurance Support – Serve as the main liaison between the Quality Department and the customer’s designated QC representatives, coordinate on‑site inspection activities, and support the Quality Department in implementing customer‑specific quality standards.
• Engineering & Maintenance Oversight – Oversee the engineering/mechanical team in carrying out equipment maintenance and ensure all machinery and production equipment remain in good working condition and are well maintained.
• Dormitory & Employee Welfare Management – Manage company dormitory operations, ensuring a safe, clean, and orderly living environment for employees.
• Regulatory Compliance & Customer Audits – Support relevant internal departments during government inspections and customer audits, ensuring full compliance with applicable laws, health and safety requirements.
• Process Improvement & Post‑Mortem Meetings – Lead new product review meetings (Post‑Mortem) to drive process optimization and product quality improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing/production management
• Can converse in Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia and other local languages
• Strong knowledge of production planning, quality assurance, and safety standards
• Excellent leadership, communication, and cross‑functional coordination skills
• Experience in handling customer audits and government inspections
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple operational tasks effectively
