The Senior Product Manager supports the development, enhancement, and global deployment of DHL Express’s Retail Service Point Platform and its broader Retail Technology ecosystem. The role focuses on enabling consistent, efficient, and scalable retail processes through unified digital products, strong business and IT collaboration, and pragmatic AI-enabled capabilities. The role works closely with Retail Operations, Commercial, Finance, Data Analytics and AI, Enterprise Architecture, Business IT and vendors to ensure that partner and customer journeys, POS integrations, and store operational workflows are intuitive, stable, and continuously enhanced.
The Senior Product Manager contributes to requirements and user story definitions, testing, change coordination, and performance monitoring. The role actively supports AI use cases, such as forecasting, workflow assistance, process decision-support, and customer-facing digital interaction ensuring these are grounded in true retail needs and will deliver value to the business.
This role supports the evolution and successful delivery of DHL’s Retail Technology — its attendant systems and processes. The ensures that retail partner and customer journeys, POS integrations, and store workflows are efficient, customer-friendly, and globally scalable. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, structured product delivery, and AI enablement to strengthen retail operational consistency and frontline performance.
