Integra Group is seeking a highly accomplished Senior Procurement Manager to lead our procurement, contracting, and cost management functions. Reporting directly to the Group Chief Executive Officer, this strategic leadership role is central to driving operational excellence, cost optimization, and sustainable value creation across all business units. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping procurement strategies that strengthen supplier partnerships, enhance governance, and support the Group’s long-term growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop, implement, and continuously refine procurement strategies, policies, and cost management frameworks that align with corporate objectives and governance standards.
  • Vendor Management: Lead vendor prequalification, performance evaluation, and partnership programs to strengthen supplier relationships, enhance service quality, and ensure optimal value delivery.
  • Contracting Excellence: Oversee all tendering and contracting activities, driving cost optimization through effective negotiations, benchmarking, and final tender reviews.
  • Team Leadership: Provide clear direction, mentorship, and performance management to the procurement team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Operational Efficiency: Champion best practices in procurement and cost management to support business growth and sustainability.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in procurement, inventory management, and project coordination—preferably within a rehabilitation or hospital environment.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in procurement systems and MS Office applications; strong digital literacy is essential.
  • Excellent communication and leadership capabilities with a strategic mindset.
