Job summary

A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Head of Process Engineering to lead process engineering for major LNG and offshore oil and gas projects. You will oversee a team, ensuring designs and project execution comply with requirements. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering and at least 10 years of experience in offshore projects, with strong leadership skills. The role involves collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and management of EPC contractors, aiming for successful delivery in a challenging environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of engineering experience, including at least 6 years in offshore oil and gas projects.
• At least 2 years in a senior process engineering or similar leadership role.
• Knowledge of project execution processes for large-scale projects (capital expenditure above US$1 billion).
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Provide process engineering leadership and supervision of the process team.
• Manage EPC contractor performance to ensure designs meet project requirements.
• Support Engineering Manager in monitoring contractor deliverables.
• Review and approve EPC contractor engineering outputs and adequacy assessments.
