Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years in the ERP industry, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication. Experience with major ERP software like SAP or Oracle is advantageous. Senior Presales Consultant (ERP)

Yonyou (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced Senior Presales Consultant (ERP) to support our growing ERP and digital transformation business. The ideal candidate will play a key role in engaging customers, understanding their needs, and presenting suitable ERP solutions to help them enhance business performance.

As a Senior Presales Consultant, you will work closely with the sales and technical teams to deliver compelling demonstrations, prepare proposals, and support end-to-end presales activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct ERP product presentations and live demonstrations for potential customers.
  • Understand customer business requirements and translate them into tailored ERP solutions.
  • Prepare solution proposals, tender documents, and RFP response materials.
  • Work with sales and implementation teams to scope requirements and define solution architecture.
  • Participate in customer workshops, needs assessment sessions, and technical discussions.
  • Deliver competitive analysis and articulate Yonyou’s value proposition to clients.
  • Support proof-of-concept (POC) activities and provide technical guidance throughout the presales cycle.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the ERP industry OR at least 3 years of experience in a Presales role.
  • Good analytical skills with the ability to understand complex business processes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple presales tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with Yonyou, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, or other major ERP systems is an added advantage.
