Job summary

A leading industrial gas company in Malaysia seeks a Process Engineer to provide technical support for operations across Southeast Asia. The candidate should have a Bachelor's in Engineering (preferred in Chemical Engineering) and at least 5 years of experience in process engineering within hydrogen or complex chemical plants. Strong problem-solving skills in process troubleshooting, optimization, and energy efficiency are essential. The role includes project management responsibilities and requires travel across Southeast Asia.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ Process Engineering experience in hydrogen or complex chemical plants.
• Plant Engineer/Supervisor backgrounds are okay with strong process engineering responsibilities.
• Experience in Advanced Controls/DCS tuning is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering technical support to maintain reliable product supplies.
• Lead productivity projects to improve efficiency and cost position.
• Engage with operations and management teams to align with asset management needs.
