Experience

• Work in a cross-functional team within our application lab network
• Develop innovative cosmetic formulations to underline the benefits of our ingredient portfolio
• Design formula experiments and realize the experiments on your own
• Perform and analyse physical measurements
• Create technical formulation dossier to support technical marketing
• Report and present results to internal and external project stakeholders
• Organize external production of cosmetic formulation prototypes for sales support
• Collaborate with our R&D department to ensure customer technical support on ingredient portfolio
• Support APAC sales force with internal and external customer workshops
• Participate to trade fairs

Qualification

• You have successfully completed a degree in cosmetic technology or chemistry or completed training as a Chemical Technical or a comparable qualification.
• You have several years of professional experience as a formulator within the personal care industry.
• You have technical understanding and already professional experience in the development of raw materials and/or extensive experience in cosmetic formulations.
• You are passionate about cosmetics and familiar with working in a chemical or cosmetic application lab.
• You like working in a structured and reliable way in a cross-functional and international team.
• You have an analytical and solution-oriented way of thinking and are independent in your work organization, demonstrating a pro‑active way of working.
• Furthermore, you are good at communicating in English (and an eventual further language).
• Solid ms office skills (Teams, Word and Excel) complete your profile. An eventual knowledge of Coptis software is a plus.
