As a Senior Operations Manager, you will take ownership of day-to-day operational performance across key departments, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and service excellence. This is a senior leadership role suited to an experienced operations professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment and enjoys driving continuous improvement.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams locally and with head office in Melbourne to ensure alignment, performance optimisation, and regulatory adherence.
This is a fully on-site role based in KL Sentral. Work-from-home arrangements are not available.
Lead and manage daily operational activities to ensure seamless business performance
Oversee customer support operations, service delivery, risk management, and compliance functions
Develop, implement, and continuously improve operational policies, SOPs, and efficiency frameworks
Monitor KPIs, operational metrics, and performance data to drive continuous improvement
Identify operational gaps and bottlenecks, proposing and executing effective solutions
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Compliance, Technology, and other key stakeholders
Lead, mentor, and develop operational teams to achieve high performance and career growth
Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements, internal controls, and responsible gaming standards
Coordinate reporting and operational alignment with the Melbourne head office
Manage external vendors and operational partners where required
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
Minimum 5 years’ experience in operations management or a similar leadership role
Proven leadership experience managing and developing teams
Strong understanding of operational workflows, process optimisation, and KPI-driven management
Experience in customer operations, service delivery, or compliance-focused industries is an advantage
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
Proactive, results-driven leader with a passion for operational excellence
