Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in marketing.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook & Xhs).
  • Experience in campaign management, CRM systems, or membership programs is a bonus.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with internal team or external agencies (designers, KOLs, media partners).
  • Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and evaluate ROI.
  • Excellent time management, organization, and multitasking abilities.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced F&B environment.
  • Able to work independently.
Responsibilities
  • 1. Membership System Management

    • Plan, execute, and optimize the company membership program (points, tiers, rewards, onboarding flow).
    • Work with IT/system vendors to launch and enhance the membership system.
    • Analyze member data to improve registration rate, engagement, and repeat visits.
  • 2. Store Campaign Planning & Execution

    • Plan annual, quarterly, and festive campaigns according to the branding (Grandma Ong).
    • Coordinate with Operations Team and Shop Managers to ensure smooth execution (promotions, in-store setup, KOL visits, giveaways, lucky draws).
    • Conduct post-campaign reviews and analyze results such as ROI, footfall, and sales performance.
  • 3. Social Media Management (Facebook & Xhs)

    • Work closely with the external marketing agency on content direction.
    • Review and approve copies, visuals, and short videos.
    • Manage posting schedules and ensure campaign materials are aligned and up to date.
    • Monitor platform KPIs (reach, engagement, content performance) and provide optimization suggestions.
  • 4. KOL / Media / Influencer Collaboration

    • Build and manage relationships with influencers, media partners, and KOLs.
    • Propose collaboration lists and strategies based on brand and campaign needs.
    • Handle communication, quotation negotiation, content direction, and result evaluation.
    • Ensure deliverables match brand tone and achieve expected exposure.
  • 5. Brand Content & Creative Coordination

    • Manage overall brand visuals, including KV, in-store materials, digital assets, and creative requests.
    • Coordinate with internal/external designers to ensure consistent brand identity.
    • Consolidate store needs for posters, banners, notices, and multimedia assets.
  • 6. Marketing Strategy Execution & Reporting

    • Support Marketing Manager / CEO in driving annual marketing strategies.
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activities and provide insights.
    • Prepare weekly reports, campaign updates, content calendars, and data analysis.
