About Our Client

ERIKS is a leading provider of innovative industrial products and services, specializing in high-end technology for industrial applications. With a strong focus on technology and innovation, ERIKS combines its product and application expertise with long industrial experience to design its own products and private branded products.

What you\'ll be doing?

• Lead Production Projects: Coordinate project management activities for new CAPEX initiatives and develop technical specifications.
• Optimize Production Processes: Prepare work instructions, support scale-up, and implement process enhancements with cross-functional teams.
• Improve Production Quality: Lead quality initiatives, conduct root cause analysis, and perform quality analysis methods.
• Manage Maintenance: Plan and schedule routine maintenance to ensure optimal machine uptime.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with production, quality, logistics, and operations teams.

Who are they looking for?

• Technical Expertise: Minimum 5 years of experience in high-tech manufacturing, with a strong background in process optimization and quality assurance with proven clean room experience/exposure (ISO Class 5-8 cleanroom operations in electronics, semiconductor, medical device, pharmaceutical, or precision optics manufacturing).
• Skilled Engineer: Possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, with proficiency in MS Office and basic CAD skills.
• Project Management: Strong project management skills, including experience with PMP or similar methodologies.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Lean and Six Sigma: Knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma is advantageous.
• Experience with SAP: Experience with SAP is a plus.
• New Product Introduction: Experience with NPI is a plus.
