Senior Manager, Campaign, GTM & Partnership

This dynamic role drives high‑impact marketing campaigns, executes go‑to‑market (GTM) strategies, and fosters strategic partnerships to shape CARSOME’s brand presence and customer engagement in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

Campaign Management

  • Develop, plan, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, offline, social media, events, and other channels.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance through data‑driven insights and analytics.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce compelling marketing materials aligned with business objectives.
  • Ensure campaigns reflect CARSOME’s brand messaging and overall marketing strategy.

Go‑To‑Market (GTM) Strategy

  • Define and implement effective GTM strategies for new product launches, promotions, and market expansions.
  • Identify target audiences and create strategic positioning for CARSOME’s product offerings.
  • Work cross‑functionally with product, sales, and operations to ensure seamless execution of GTM plans.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to uncover growth opportunities.

Partnership Development

  • Identify, establish, and manage strategic partnerships that drive brand growth and customer acquisition.
  • Develop and negotiate partnership agreements to maximize business value.
  • Build strong relationships with external partners, influencers, and key industry stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership goals with CARSOME’s overall marketing objectives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 8+ years of experience in campaign management, GTM strategy, and partnership development within the automotive, digital, or e‑commerce industries.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience with performance marketing, digital channels, and CRM tools.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
