Senior Manager - Procurement Excellence (Procurement & Contract)

Manage and strategize procurement business plan in order to create values in procurement spend of the organization through a transparent process in compliance with corporate governance.

ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS

• Establish and enforce the implementation of Procurement Policies and Procedures (3Ps) in order to ensure transparency in procurement activities.
• Control the standardization of all tender documentation in order to ensure smooth and effective administration of contracts.
• Administrate current procurement policies, procedures and guidelines by adopting a comprehensive disclosure to eliminate non-compliance practices in order to observe good corporate governance.
• Negotiate with existing and potential vendors to achieve cost savings by evaluating the contractual terms and pricing in order to develop a robust service level agreement (SLA) for the benefit of MAHB.
• Implement and manage departmental business plan and ensure procurement strategic approach is implemented within the time frame in order to produce the quantified targeted result.
• Implement and manage for the supplier relationship management (SRM) on airport procurement activities to create a pool of highly capable vendors in order to remain competitive in market place.
