Responsibilities:
  • Leasing Strategy & Planning – Develop and implement retail leasing strategies that align with the company’s vision, project positioning, and financial targets.
  • Tenant Mix & Positioning – Curate an optimal tenant mix that enhances the vibrancy, attractiveness, and sustainability of the retail development.
  • Business Development & Negotiation – Identify, engage, and secure suitable tenants through strong market networks and proactive negotiations to maximize occupancy and rental income.
  • Market Research & Analysis – Conduct research on market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities to inform leasing strategies and ensure competitiveness.
  • Stakeholder Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with key tenants, business partners, real estate agents, and industry stakeholders to strengthen the leasing pipeline.
  • Lease Administration & Compliance – Oversee lease documentation, ensure timely renewals, and ensure compliance with legal, financial, and operational requirements.
  • Retail Performance Monitoring – Track and analyze sales performance of tenants, footfall, and overall retail center performance; recommend strategies to enhance revenue generation.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with project development, marketing, property management, and finance teams to ensure seamless project delivery and tenant support.
  • Budgeting & Revenue Optimization – Prepare leasing budgets, monitor rental collections, and drive initiatives to optimize revenue and reduce vacancy costs.
  • Team Leadership & Development – Lead, coach, and develop the leasing team to achieve business objectives while fostering a high-performance culture.
Qualifications & Skills:
