About the role

AEON Credit Service (M) Bhd as the Senior Manager of Key Account & Portfolio Development (Objective Finance). This is an exciting opportunity in a full-time role based in Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur, where you will play a pivotal part in driving the company's new business development strategy within the Sales function.

What you'll be doing
  • Expand Objective Finance business via new products category financing
  • Form business alliances with business partners in creating mutual benefits.
  • Carry out necessary improvement plan to increase merchants’ active ratio.
  • Products development and branding.
  • Initiate, discuss and negotiate with key business partners for business collaboration, campaign / promotion.
  • To conduct Marketing survey in order to gather relevant information such as market trend, competitor activities and customer behaviour.
  • To build and maintain good relationship between company and merchant & business partners in order to create better business opportunity.
  • To handle merchant/customer complaint and feedback to management in order to provide better customer service.
  • To propose and enhance or improvise of existing easy payment scheme in order to stay competitive.
  • To propose effective easy payment POSM & create greater public awareness.
  • To provide effective sales tools to MSE and merchants.
  • To manage nationwide campaign from idea generation until successful launch, post launch monitoring & analysis.
  • To support company sales campaign and awareness activities.
What we're looking for
  • BA (Hons) in Commerce/ Marketing or related fields.
  • 5 years working experience in supervisory level in marketing, preferable in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Experience in product development is preferred.
  • Possess own transport and able to travel outstation as and when required.
