Job Responsibilities
  1. 1. Strategic Planning & Market Expansion
    • Develop and execute entry strategies for EV and automotive sectors.
    • Define short-, mid-, and long-term business milestones aligned with industry growth trends.
    • Identify key product focus areas such as EV charger housings and precision-molded components.
  2. 2. Customer & Business Development
    • Lead end-to-end business development activities from lead generation to contract closure.
    • Build and maintain relationships with OEMs, Tier 1/2/3 suppliers, and key industry players.
    • Prepare proposals, RFQs, and commercial agreements that meet industry and client requirements.
  3. 3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Coordinate with engineering, tooling, QA, supply chain, and operations to ensure project readiness and customer satisfaction.
    • Support facility certifications (e.g., IATF 16949) and ensure production capabilities align with EV segment needs.
    • Analyze industry trends such as lightweighting, IP-rated plastics, and thermal resistance materials.
    • Benchmark competitors and develop differentiation strategies to enhance market positioning.
  4. 5. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
    • Track and report progress on new business opportunities, revenue targets, and segment performance.

Present updates and strategic recommendations to senior management.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.

Minimum 8–10 years of experience in the automotive, EV plastics, or component manufacturing industry.

Proven track record in business development and project closure with OEMs and Tier 1/2 suppliers.

Strong understanding of automotive manufacturing standards (e.g., IATF 16949), precision molding, overmolding, and spray painting processes.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and technical proposal writing skills.

Analytical mindset with the ability to assess market changes and adjust strategies effectively.

Collaborative and able to work across multi-site operations in different regions.

Self-motivated, strategic, and capable of driving measurable revenue growth.
