Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage all logistics operations to ensure smooth workflow and on-time delivery.
  • Support strategic planning and execution to ensure timely movement of goods from suppliers to customers.
  • Oversee daily team activities to ensure efficient task completion.
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations to develop team members.
  • Build and develop a high-performing team focused on best practices and continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with Customs on export-related matters and submissions.
  • Ensure accurate import/export documentation and full compliance with Customs and LMW regulations.
  • Coordinate logistics activities with internal teams, suppliers, logistics partners, transporters, and customers.
  • Monitor logistics costs, identify savings opportunities, and improve cost efficiency.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure orders are completed and ready for shipment as scheduled.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with all logistics stakeholders.
  • Prepare logistics performance reports and analyze data for improvement.
  • Participate, lead and support LMW audits.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the HOD.
