Job description

Service Parts / IPO Invoicing & P&L Generation

Prepared and managed IPO invoices for service parts, including profit and loss (P&L) generation and verification.

Service Parts / IPO Booking (FedEx & DHL)

Coordinated and executed shipment bookings with logistics partners (FedEx and DHL) to ensure timely delivery.

Carton Box Inventory Control

Monitored and controlled carton box stock levels to ensure sufficient availability and minimize excess inventory.

US Shipment ISF Submission

Prepared and submitted Importer Security Filing (ISF) documentation in compliance with US customs regulations.

Daily Finished Goods (FG) Warehouse Space Monitoring

Conducted daily updates and monitoring of finished goods warehouse space utilization.

Scrap Management Activities

Managed scrap activities, including tracking, documentation, and reporting in accordance with company procedures.

ATC–VTC Material Shipment Preparation

Prepared and coordinated material shipments between ATC and VTC, ensuring accuracy and compliance with shipment requirements.

Customs Documentation & Applications

Prepared and submitted customs-related applications and documentation to support import and export operations.

Monthly Operational Reporting

Compiled and prepared monthly operational reports for management review and analysis.
