Ideal candidates will have 3-4 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably in the life science industry. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, engaging with them throughout the process, and delivering timely updates, along with collaborating with hiring leaders on offers and metrics reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years recruiting experience in corporate or agency setting.
• Experience using recruitment technologies and social media tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead job scope meetings with hiring leaders to determine specifications.
• Review candidates and evaluate qualifications against position requirements.
• Develop recruitment marketing and sourcing plans.

Skills

Proficient in Boolean search techniques

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Knowledge of Human Resources principles
