Job summary

As a Senior Leasing Executive, you will be responsible for supporting and assisting in the organization and coordination of office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.

Job responsibilities:

• Understand market demand, perform market research, and assist in developing a feasible leasing plan for the mall.
• Assist in sourcing new and suitable tenants in line with the tenant mix planning and help establish and maintain good landlord-tenant relationships.
• Assist in conceptualizing and developing strategies that will increase tenant occupancy of the mall.
• Attend to all tenants' enquiries pertaining to letting of vacant units and other spaces within the mall.
• Assist in handling the renewal of leases with existing tenants and negotiate the effective terms and conditions of the lease and the renewal thereof.
• Assist in the preparation of MOU, Letters of offer, and Tenancy Agreements, collection of deposits, follow-up on signing of agreements, coordinate with defects rectification, handing over of premises, etc.
• Liaise with respective department on complaints and disputes/issues raised by tenants to ensure that appropriate courses of action have been taken.
• Develop rapport with tenants, stakeholders, business partners, etc.
• Undertake any other assignments as and when required from time to time.

Job requirements:

• Min 3 years of experience in mall/retail leasing.
• Strong market research skills preferably in the mall and retail industry.
• Lease management and administrative skills.
• Tenant sourcing and relationship management.
• Proficiency in Mandarin.

Job details:

• Basic salary + Travel allowance calculate by formula + Living allowances RM150 + Performance Bonus + Outpatient Medical Treatment
• Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm
• Annual Leave start from 15 days
