We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Key Visual Designer to lead the end-to-end visual execution of our tea beverage brand across all touchpoints. This role involves designing for a variety of scenarios including in-store materials, product packaging, and digital marketing assets. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency, elevate brand identity, and support key marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Visual Design Implementation: Lead the visual design across all brand scenarios, including store displays, product packaging, and online promotional materials. Ensure all designs are production-ready for both print and digital platforms.
- Brand Visual Consistency: Maintain and evolve brand visual guidelines. Quickly deliver high-quality, on-brand design solutions for product launches, holiday campaigns, and other marketing moments. Continuously optimize designs based on feedback and real-world performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing and Operations teams to accurately interpret business goals—such as enhancing promotional visibility or increasing new product recognition. Present design concepts, revise based on feedback, and manage the timeline for sample creation and final production.
- Industry & Trend Research: Regularly monitor design trends in the tea and beverage industry, as well as competitors’ visual strategies. Compile insights and contribute ideas for innovative design upgrades in packaging, store visuals, and overall brand identity.

- 1. Design Software Proficiency
- Vector Graphics Software: Adobe Illustrator (AI) for logos, posters, brochures, and related designs
- Image Editing Software: Adobe Photoshop (PS) for picture retouching, compositing, and visual effects
- Layout & Publishing Software: Adobe InDesign (ID) for books, magazines, and multi-page brochure layout
- Supporting Tools: Cinema 4D (basic 3D effects)
- AI-powered design tools
- 2. Core Design Guidance
- Design fundamentals to determine professionalism and visual appeal
- Solid understanding of layout and composition principles; ability to arrange text, images, and colors effectively to improve information delivery
- Strong knowledge of color theory; ability to create color schemes that align with brand tone and usage scenarios
- Typography skills, including font design or font pairing, to ensure cohesive and visually effective designs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Visual Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in graphic or visual design, with a preference for candidates from the FMCG, food & beverage, or especially tea/coffee industries.
- At least 3 years of experience working in branding, advertising agencies, or within the restaurant/café industry as a visual or graphic designer.
- A strong portfolio showcasing creative campaign designs, particularly for lifestyle, beverage, or food brands.
- Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high design standards and timely delivery.
- Must submit a portfolio highlighting relevant commercial design work. (Hand-drawn illustrations, 3D work, or video content should be marked separately if available.)
- Experience in motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro) will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in Chinese and English is mandatory (to facilitate communication between headquarters).
