Overview

Engage with users to understand issues and requirements, communicate effectively, and propose feasible solutions within the responsible domain. During development phases, not only perform system development tasks but also provide technical and domain guidance to junior team members. Take ownership of more complex and larger-scope system function development, ensuring project progress, development quality, and timely delivery of system requirements. Possess cross-domain knowledge related to the responsible systems, enabling quick diagnosis of user or system issues, formulation of solutions, and collaboration with the team to implement them effectively. Lead or participate in system implementation and enhancement projects at the factory site. Provide immediate support to production lines in handling system abnormalities or operational issues. Gather and report on-site requirements or system issues, and work closely with the development team to design and implement practical solutions.

Job Requirements

• Master’s Degree or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Studies, or a related field.

• Proficiency in programming languages relevant to the assigned systems, such as C#, Angular, and SQL.
• Strong logical thinking, problem-solving ability, and good communication skills.
• Experience in system integration and data exchange using RESTful APIs.
• Familiar with GitLab or similar version control tools.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
• Familiar with manufacturing factory operations, with hands-on experience in MES system development and maintenance.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in both front-end and back-end system development.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IoT device data integration and system development.
