Job summary

A leading technology solutions provider in Malaysia is looking for an experienced IT Software Manager to set up their new IT Shared Service Center. This strategic role involves managing ERP and AI systems, overseeing IT governance and architecture, and ensuring data integration across systems. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree in IT or Computer Science, along with at least 5 years of relevant experience. Strong knowledge of SAP, Oracle, and Dynamics is essential, along with project management skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in ERP implementation, enterprise systems management, or digital transformation.
• Experience in SSC or multi-unit centralised IT operations is an advantage.
• Project Management or ERP certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the setup of the SSC’s IT architecture and governance.
• Manage and implement major ERP and AI systems.
• Oversee strong cross-system integration and data governance.
• Develop and test Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans.
