Job description

We are a well-established marketing and distribution company handlingready MFC boards, HPL laminates, PVC edging, etc. Our warehouse experiencesheavy daily inbound and outbound movementswith a wide range of SKUs and product variants.

We are seeking asenior, highly experienced Inventory professionalto takefull ownership of inventory accuracy and warehouse stock integrity.

This role ishands-on, requires strong discipline, and is not suitable for candidates without real warehouse inventory control experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Takefull responsibility for inventory accuracy, ensuring system stock always tallies with physical stock
• Control and enforcestrict inbound and outbound procedures(receiving, picking, loading, dispatch)
• Ensureno stock movementoccurs without proper documentation and system posting
• Prevent wrong picking, wrong delivery and SKU substitution
• Implement and enforceproper labelling, location control and warehouse discipline
• Monitor daily stock movement and investigate discrepancies, damages and losses
• Conductcycle counts, spot checks and full stock takes
• Manage customer returns, transit damages and internal handling issues
• Prepare inventory reports including variances, damages and fast / slow movers
• Work closely with Sales Admin and Finance to ensure DOs, invoices and stock records are aligned
• Improve warehouse processes to balancespeed and accuracyin a high-traffic environment

Requirements

• Minimum8–10 years of experienceininventory control / warehouse operations
• Strong background intrading / distribution warehouse
• Experience handlinghigh SKU count, heavy daily in-out operations
• Highlydetail-oriented, firm and disciplined
• Able toenforce rules, implement improvements of work flow, storage optimization & SOP
• Comfortable working on the warehouse floor when needed
• Able to prepare clear inventory reports and explain discrepancies confidently
• Implement improvements in terms of work flow, storage optimization and SOP
• Basic system / SQL / ERP / inventory software experience required
