Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in interior design, preferably with landed home/residential projects.
• Proven ability to guide, mentor, and manage a design team.
• Proficiency in Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients & stakeholders).
• Creative flair, proactive attitude, independent working style, and reliable transport within Klang Valley.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary client liaison, ensuring smooth communication from design to construction.
• Lead and mentor junior designers/interns in mood boards, 3D visuals, and detailed 2D drawings.
• Translate client needs into practical, creative, and aesthetic solutions.
• Conduct site assessments and validate specifications.
• Coordinate project handovers and site briefings with the Project department and contractors.
• Perform site visits for quality assurance and final inspections.
