The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture, with 6-8 years of experience in commercial projects. Job description
  • Define and drive cohesive design strategies aligned with client objectives, budgets, and timelines.
  • Prepare and present design concepts, mood boards, visualizations, and client-facing presentations.
  • Act as the main design liaison, managing client communication and leading design presentations.
  • Translate approved concepts into detailed technical drawings, tender packages, and construction documentation.
  • Review and oversee tender, construction, shop, and as‑built drawings to ensure design integrity and compliance.
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, quantity surveyors, and authorities throughout all project stages.
  • Conduct site visits and provide design oversight during construction to ensure alignment with approved designs.
  • Manage material selections, finishes, specifications, and final design approvals.
  • Mentor, guide, and review the work of junior designers while maintaining internal design standards.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 6–8 years of professional interior design experience, preferably in commercial or corporate projects.
  • Proven ability to lead design concepts and manage projects from concept through construction.
  • Solid understanding of space planning, materials, finishes, lighting, and furniture specifications.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and presentation tools.
  • Strong client communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience coordinating with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and authorities.
  • Knowledge of local codes, regulations, and authority submission processes.
