Overview

The Senior Human Resources (HR) Manager or Head will supervise the Human Resources Department, leading the department and responsible for creating and enforcing company policies and procedures, and codes of conduct. They ensure the organisation remains compliant with labour laws and regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Recruiting and hiring new employees, overseeing the hiring process including conducting interviews and screening candidates for job roles.
  • Creating employee training and development programmes.
  • Formulating and enforcing company policies and procedures.
  • Ensuring compliance with local labour laws and regulations.
  • Managing employee payroll and benefits, such as leaves, health insurance and retirement plans.
  • Resolving conflicts, handling employee grievances and complaints.
  • Overseeing performance evaluations and providing feedback to employer.
  • Developing strategies to attract and retain talented employees.
  • Managing employee relations and fostering effective communication.
  • Implementing diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Handling employee terminations and exit procedures.
  • Keeping employee records and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Working with other departments to address HR-related issues.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline (preferred).
