About the Role

As the Senior HRBP, you will act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, aligning people strategies with organizational goals. Beyond operational HR, your role will focus on talent development, succession planning, workforce transformation, and culture building. You will play a key part in influencing leadership decisions, driving change, and ensuring the business remains competitive in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Lead workforce planning, organizational design, and change management projects.
  • Drive talent management, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
  • Shape and implement employee engagement and cultural transformation programs.

Requirements
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline; postgraduate qualification an advantage.
