A leading energy company in Kuala Lumpur seeks an experienced HR professional to manage HR operations, including payroll administration and expatriate services. The ideal candidate will have a degree in human resources or business administration and at least 3 years of generalist HR experience. Responsibilities include managing employee lifecycle activities, ensuring accurate payroll processing, supporting recruitment, and coordinating training programs. Ideal skills include strong payroll knowledge and proficiency in HR tools.
Manage full spectrum of HR functions including personnel records, HR databases, HRIS (HR2eazy), and employee files. Handle employee lifecycle activities: onboarding, transfers, promotions, confirmations, resignations, and terminations. Prepare and maintain HR documentation, SOPs, forms, and process updates.
Prepare, process, and validate monthly payroll for all staff, freelancers, and project-based personnel using HR2eazy. Ensure accurate calculation of allowances, overtime, claims, deductions, leave, and other payroll components. Process statutory payments (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB) and submit documentation to government portals timely. Maintain payroll confidentiality and efficiently resolve payroll-related queries.
Prepare, submit, and monitor all ESD applications for expatriates, including new employment passes, renewals, company updates, and quota management. Handle immigration documentation and ensure smooth onboarding and renewals for expatriates.
Track attendance, leave balances, medical claims, and absenteeism. Administer employee benefits and ensure proper documentation and approvals.
Support recruitment activities preparing employment documentation (offer letters, contracts, confirmations, increments, and bonus letters).
Ensure proper registration, submissions, training claim processing, and record keeping in line with HRD Corp requirements.
Coordinate internal and external training programs and maintain training records, annual plans, and matrices. Support identification of training needs, competency gaps, and upskilling programs.
Handle all HR matters with high discretion and maintain confidentiality of payroll, employee, and expatriate information.
Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field. 3 years HR generalist experience with strong payroll and expatriate services exposure. Experience with payroll systems, preferably HR2eazy.
