A prominent food and beverage company in Selangor is looking for a Senior HR Executive to lead HR operations across multiple outlets. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
Minimum 5–7 years of hands‑on HR experience, preferably in F&B or hospitality, with proven ability to execute HR operations across multiple outlets.
Strong operational knowledge of Malaysian labour law, Employment Act, Sarawak Labour Ordinance, and statutory compliance requirements.
Proficiency in HR systems (e.g., HRMS, payroll software).
Strong documentation skills for contracts, handbooks, and compliance trackers.
Competence in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and analysis.
Ability to lead outlet managers in implementing HR processes and policies.
Skilled in handling grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution with fairness and documentation.
Capable of driving recruitment, succession planning, and performance management cycles under tight timelines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage staff and management.
Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
High integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
Willingness to travel between outlets when required.
Ability to work independently while supporting management directives.

The Senior HR Executive is responsible for executing and driving HR operations across multiple outlets, ensuring strict compliance with Malaysian employment law and company policies. This role acts as the operational lead for workforce planning, employee relations, and policy enforcement, directly supporting outlet managers and senior management in achieving organizational and compliance objectives.
Execute HR policies and ensure alignment with the Employment Act, Sarawak Labour Ordinance, and other statutory requirements.
Conduct compliance audits and prepare HR reports for management and regulatory authorities.
Implement corrective actions for non‑compliance and track resolution progress.
Lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes including job design, advertising, interviewing, and onboarding.
Manage manpower allocation across outlets and maintain succession planning frameworks.
Monitor turnover rates and propose retention strategies.
Act as the primary contact for grievances, disciplinary issues, and conflict resolution.
Prepare investigation reports, issue warning letters, and ensure fair and documented resolution processes.
Provide guidance to outlet managers on disciplinary procedures and employee engagement.
Drive appraisal cycles and ensure timely completion of performance evaluations.
Recommend promotions, transfers, and training interventions based on performance data.
Track training effectiveness and report on employee development outcomes.
Draft, update, and maintain employment contracts, employee handbooks, and HR trackers.
Ensure all documentation is signed, acknowledged, and stored for audit readiness.
Support HR system upgrades and process automation initiatives.
