  • Execute key annual initiatives such as performance management cycles.

Job description
Key Responsibilities
  • Full‑Spectrum HR Management: Manage all core functions including recruitment, onboarding, and hands‑on payroll processing with full statutory compliance (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF, and PCB).
  • Monthly Reporting: Prepare and submit comprehensive monthly HR reports to HQ & Finance, ensuring all data regarding manpower, turnover, and payroll is accurate and on time.
  • Strategic Planning & Budgeting: Drive annual headcount planning and manage the recruitment budget to align with organizational growth and HQ’s financial targets.
  • Cost Optimization: Monitor total labor costs—including salaries, overtime, and benefits—and provide data‑driven recommendations for cost‑efficiency.
  • Expatriate Management (ESD): Oversee the end‑to‑end ESD process, including Employment Pass applications/renewals, and liaise with JTK and Immigration authorities.
  • Employee Relations & Discipline: Handle grievances and disciplinary matters (Domestic Inquiries) professionally and in accordance with the Employment Act.
  • System & Insurance Maintenance: Manage and renew HR systems, payroll licences, and staff insurance policies to ensure continuous coverage.
  • Strategic HR Projects: Execute key annual initiatives such as workforce planning, performance management cycles, and the bonus/merit increment process.
  • Any other tasks to be assigned from time to time.
Key Requirements
  • Diploma / Degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Min. Five (5) years of HR experience, including leadership exposure.
  • Hands‑on and operationally involved.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and people oriented.
  • In‑depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations, including employment laws and payroll.
  • Proficiency in payroll software systems and MS Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin preferable.
