About the Role

Global Line Network (GLN) is a leading tech company specializing in scalable mobile applications and comprehensive systems for diverse industries. We are seeking a talented Senior HR Executive to join our dynamic team.

What You'll Do
  • Responsible for the full spectrum of HR function including managing recruitment and selection, payroll (for local & foreign staff), compensation & benefits, leave & attendance management, staff movement, employee relations and other HR matters.
  • Ensure timely submission of statutory contribution and government forms.
  • Handle the working visa application or renewal of foreign staff.
  • Ensure candidate documentation is collected and recorded/filed.
  • Assist in year-end performance appraisal exercise for the group of companies.
  • Nurture a positive and build good momentum of working environment.
  • Propose improvement for the entire HR department and update on the latest changes in Labour laws, statutory, taxes and any government changes related to HR to ensure compliance.
  • Others ad‑hoc tasks given by Manager and/or Management.
What We're Looking For
Must Have
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resources Management or equivalent.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in the said position.
  • Well‑versed in Malaysian Employment Act and statutory compliance.
  • Hands on full set of HR function (Manager will guide).
  • High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal.
Good to Have
  • Knowledge of SQL payroll software is an advantage.
