Job summary

A leading auto supplies company based in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced HR & Admin Manager to oversee all aspects of HR operations. Responsibilities include payroll management, employee relations, and the development of HR policies. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in a relevant field and at least three years of hands-on HR experience in an SME environment. Knowledge of Malaysian labour laws is essential, and proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on HR & Admin experience, preferably in an SME environment.
  • Familiar with Malaysian labour laws and statutory requirements.
  • Independent, organised, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

  • Full responsibility for end-to-end HR operations.
  • Calculate in-house payroll and handle statutory matters.
  • Issue warning letters, conduct disciplinary investigations, manage dismissal processes.
  • Draft or improve company HR policies.
  • Provide HR advice on overtime, salary adjustments, and contract risk alerts.
  • Handle office administration and partial finance support.
  • Coordinate company events such as Annual Dinner and team-building activities.
  • Travel between Kepong and Rawang branches as required.

Job Responsibilities
  • Full responsibility for end-to-end HR operations. 全面负责 HR 全流程管理。
  • Payroll & statutory matters: calculate in-house payroll and handle statutory matters. 薪资与法定事项:自行核算薪资及处理法定事项。
  • Employee relations: issue warning letters, conduct disciplinary investigations, manage dismissal processes. 员工关系:处理警告信、纪律调查及辞退流程。
  • HR policies & SOPs: draft or improve company policies (regarding leave, OT, discipline). HR 制度:起草或优化公司政策(关于假期、加班、纪律)。
  • HR advice to management: overtime, salary adjustments, contract risk alerts. HR建议:向老板提供加班、调薪及合约风险提醒。
  • Administration & partial finance support: office admin, pantry, vendor coordination, and basic accounting liaison. 兼顾行政及部分财务对接(办公、茶水间、供应商及基础财务事务)。
  • Coordinate company events such as Annual Dinner and team building activities. 筹办公司活动,如年度晚宴及团建。
  • Travel between Kepong and Rawang branches as required. 根据需要往返甲洞与万挠分行。
Position Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 具有人力资源、工商管理或相关领域的大专或学士学历。
  • Minimum 3 years of hands‑on HR & Admin experience, preferably in an SME environment. 至少 3 年人力资源与行政实务经验,具中小型企业经验者优先。
  • Familiar with Malaysian labour laws and statutory requirements. 熟悉马来西亚劳工法令及相关法定要求。
  • Independent, organised, and detail‑oriented. 能独立工作,做事有条理,注重细节。
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office. 熟练使用 Microsoft Office 软件。
  • Experience in using Infotech HRMS system is an additional advantage. 熟悉使用 Infotech HRMS 系统者将更具优势。
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel between Kepong and Rawang branches. 具备交通工具,并愿意往返甲洞与万挠分行工作。
