The ideal candidate should possess a degree in a related field, along with 4-6 years of experience in HR and administration. We are looking for a Senior HR & Admin Executive to manage day to day HR operations and administrative matters, ensuring smooth payroll processing, statutory compliance, and proper HR Documentation.

Key Resposibilities
  • Prepare and manage employment contracts, confirmations, renewals and HR letters.
  • Handle payroll preparation and statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS).
  • Maintain employee records, personnel files and HR documentation.
  • HR Operations.
  • Support HR audits and management reporting.
  • Handle general HR and office administrative matters.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 4-6 years HR & Admin Exeperience.
  • Good knowledge of Malaysia Employment Act and statutory requirements.
  • Experience in payroll and HR documentation.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Manufacturing industry experience is an advantage.
  • Stable manufacturing environment
  • Hands-on-role with real responsibility.
  • Exposure to full HR operations and compliance.
