Job summary

A facilities management company in Kuala Selangor is looking for a Facilities Manager to oversee and monitor the total FEMS scope while ensuring compliance with international standards. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related field and have at least 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in managing building facilities, preferably in healthcare environments.
• Excellent knowledge of FEMS systems (mechanical, electrical, civil, medical gas, lift).
• Well-versed in statutory compliance (DOSH, ST, MOH, JKR, CKAP).
• Strong command of both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and monitor total FEMS Scope (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil).
• Foster effective relationships with government authorities for building issues.
• Manage contractor/vendor performance during work execution.
• Ensure compliance with operational budgets.
• Communicate HSSE policies and implement required actions.
