A creative company in Malaysia is seeking a talented Senior Graphic Designer to join their dynamic team. This role involves collaborating with the Sales & Marketing teams on various design projects, conceptualizing graphics and marketing materials, and managing the design process for packaging and labels. The ideal candidate should possess strong artwork and video editing skills, along with proficiency in the Macintosh platform and Adobe Suite. This position requires managing multiple projects while ensuring they align with established brand standards.
We are looking for a talented Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team and contribute to our creative projects.
Work closely with the Sales & Marketing team to understand requirements and execute assigned design projects.
Collaborate with the e-commerce and marketing teams to ensure that all designs align with the brand image, while also meeting usability and website standards.
Conceptualize and develop graphic designs, social media assets, and online artworks for branding, as well as sales & marketing collaterals, to meet project objectives and timelines.
Design and conceptualize new labels and packaging for new product development, including packaging concepts, platforms, diagrams, colors, artwork, master checklists, and color separation management. Approve the final printing version.
Assist in coordinating, executing, and supporting on-ground activities such as health roadshows, events, and concourse displays. Source props and display structures, and manage vendors for display setup.
Support and manage in-house printing for product detailing kits, flyers, leaflets, vouchers, roadshow posters, packaging, and all point-of-sale materials.
Create artwork/mock-ups to prepare for successful production processes and ensure materials submitted to production are error-free.
Ensure all designs consistently meet established brand standards and guidelines.
Proficiently finish artwork, visuals, and layouts for production output.
Keep up with the latest design, online, and digital media trends. Create and edit video content for marketing campaigns.
Design and maintain company websites and web-based application artworks.
Manage multiple creative projects within tight deadlines with a positive attitude.
Liaise with suppliers and vendors on production quality and execution.
Participate in photo shoots as needed.
IT skills - Macintosh operating platform is a must (Adobe Suite CS Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, after effect) and any widely utilized word processing application.
Possess Professional Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Arts/Design/ Creative Multimedia/Multimedia Design or equivalent.
Video-editing is a must
Artwork skill, especially with design platform and photo-editing software.
Previous work experience in advertising agencies or design studios is an added advantage.
