Job description

Join our core platform team to build high-impact features for a multilingual eCommerce and rewards system used across Asia — while growing your leadership skills in a supportive, fast-moving environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Build scalable backend services for marketplace, membership flows, and performance-based bonus systems (e.g., PV, rebates, upgrades)
• Develop and maintain APIs, microservices, and integrate with payment, logistics, and AI-powered modules
• Lead and guide a small team of developers, sharing best practices and reviewing code
• Create responsive mobile + desktop UI for member onboarding, shopping, and admin portals
• Ensure multi-language, multi-currency, multi-region adaptability with regulatory compliance
• Work closely with PMs, designers, and QA to deliver robust, user-focused solutions
• Participate in QA, deployment, and performance tuning processes

What We Looking For:

• 4–6 years of full stack development experience
• Strong backend skills (e.g., Node.js, Python, NestJS, TypeScript, etc.) and frontend proficiency (React, React Native, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, etc.)
• Experience with eCommerce systems, bonus logic, or MLM-style structures
• Familiarity with REST APIs, Git, AWS/AliCloud, and DevOps workflows
• Bonus if you know security, bonus automation, or multi-market architecture
• Open to occasional night support (e.g., urgent deployments or fixes) — you’ll be fairly compensated with time‑off the next day.
• Leadership experience or a desire to step into a team lead role
