Overview

Feature Ownership & Execution: Lead the development and delivery of key product features across the full SDLC, ensuring high-quality code from architectural design to deployment.

Full-Stack AI Implementation: Build responsive front-end interfaces (React/Vue.js) and scalable back-end services (FastAPI/Node.js) that interface directly with LLMs and diffusion models.

Technical Mentorship: Act as a "player-coach" for 3-5 engineers, conducting code reviews, providing technical guidance, and fostering a culture of engineering excellence.

CI/CD & MLOps: Maintain and optimize automated pipelines (GitHub Actions/GitLab CI) to ensure reliable deployments and monitoring of AI-driven applications.

AI Integration: Stay hands-on with the latest AI/ML frameworks (Hugging Face, LangChain, etc.) to optimize prompt engineering and model inference workflows.

Security & Performance: Implement data privacy best practices and optimize systems for low-latency AI responses and high availability.

Qualifications

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s in Computer Science or a related field; 5+ years of professional software development experience (with some experience leading projects or small teams).
• Full-Stack Expertise:
• Front-end: Strong proficiency in React.js or Vue.js.
• Back-end: Extensive experience with Python (FastAPI/Django) and REST/gRPC APIs.
• Databases: Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
• Generative AI Knowledge: Hands-on experience integrating LLMs or diffusion models into user-facing products. Familiarity with prompt engineering and vector databases is a plus.
• DevOps Literacy: Comfortable working with Docker, Kubernetes, and managing CI/CD workflows.
• Agile Proficiency: Experience working in Scrum/Agile environments using tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Problem Solver: Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and translate business requirements into technical tasks.
