Roles and Responsibilities
  • Financial Operations: Manage the full spectrum of financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and monthly closings.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to Malaysian financial regulations and oversee audit processes seamlessly.
  • HR & Administration: Oversee entire HR function and administrative works.
Desired Skills and Competencies
  • Degree or higher diploma in Accounting or Finance.
  • Minimum 5 years and above of experience in the similar role of Finance and HR functions.
  • Previous experience in payroll, employee benefits administration, or finance within a startup environment is highly advantageous.
  • Strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, costing, taxation, and regulatory compliance.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR operations, Malaysian labour laws and statutory contributions.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving.
  • Strong communication skills in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
