Job summary

A leading distributor in Malaysia is seeking a senior executive to manage company accounts in line with statutory requirements. The role involves issuing payments to suppliers, performing annual tax computations, and ensuring product deliveries comply with orders. Candidates must have a diploma or degree in Finance or Accountancy and at least 5 years of relevant experience. Strong SQL, inter-personal, and negotiating skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar capacity.
• Knowledge in financial and management accounting standards and practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage the company’s accounts in accordance with statutory requirements.
• Issue payments to suppliers.
• Carry out annual tax computations for submission to Inland Revenue.
• Ensure product supply and delivery align with purchase orders.

To ensure that all products are supplied and delivered in accordance with the purchase order and project requirements.

To undertake any other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the superior.

Preferably a senior executive with good SQL.
