A finance firm in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Finance Executive to manage the full set of accounts and handle month-end and year-end closing while ensuring compliance and timely reporting. Job description

· Handle full set of accounts/bookkeeping.

· Month‑end and year‑end closing, to ensure compliance and timely reporting, including preparation of balance sheet reconciliation, P&L schedules, reporting package.

· Responsible for reconciling and agreeing intercompany balances within the Group.

· Responsible to facilitate payments through online banking.

· Responsible to generate & prepare monthly cash balance analysis.

· Assist in the statutory audit. Liaise with external auditors to close the audit on timely manner.

· Assist in income tax return/computation. Liaise with external tax agents to complete and file the ITR on a timely manner.

· Liaise with company secretary and other stakeholders.

· Assist in the implementation of existing/new finance policies/procedures/controls

· Any other ad‑hoc projects/tasks as required.

Job Requirements:

· Candidate must possess at least Degree in Accounting or ACCA.

· Minimum 3 years’ working experience in accounting/auditing.

· Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in fast paced environment.

· Organized and able to multi‑task well.

· Flexible, willing to work OT when necessary.

· Auditing experience in Big 4 is an advantage.
