CARNORD Digital Solutions, founded in 2018, provides innovative solutions and advisory services for enterprises venturing into Additive Manufacturing (AM; commonly known as 3D Printing). We support clients with prototypes and replacement parts through our global network of service providers equipped with AM, CNC Precision Machining, and injection molding technologies. Our AM solutions mitigates issues with out-of-production replacement parts and extends the useful life of machinery and equipment. With the use of AM, CNC Precision Machining and injection molding technologies, we offer solutions to enterprises working on research and development, prototyping and new product introduction.

Role Objectives

This is a full-time role of a Senior Finance Executive with the opportunity to grow into higher management position in Finance. You will plan and manage our Finance, Accounting, Payroll and Reporting matters in achieving the business objectives of the Group. You will also work closely with our Technical Solutioning, Service Delivery and Business Support teams in providing finance-related advices to assist the teams in accomplishing their roles.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Accounting Operations : Managing AP, AR, GL, payroll and month-end closing processes.
  • Compliance and Control : Ensuring adherence to accounting standards (like IFRS/MFRS), tax laws (E-Invoicing and SST), company policies and maintaining strong internal controls.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting : Assisting in budget preparation, monitoring actuals vs budget and performing variance analysis.
  • Financial Reporting : Preparing and reviewing project accounting and cash flows, monthly/periodic financial statements, management accounts, cash flow statements, and variance analysis.
  • Stakeholder Liaison : Liaising with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and internal teams (Technical Solutioning, Service Delivery and Business Support).
  • Process Improvement : Identifying and implementing enhancements to finance processes for greater efficiency and reliability.

Experience and Skills

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or professional Accounting qualification (ACCA/CIMA)
  • 3 – 5 years working experience in accounting and/or finance related field. Experience in corporate tax and/or indirect taxes would be an advantage.
  • Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent planning, organizing, and time-management abilities.
  • Clear communication (written/verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexible and adaptive to changes in business requirements and working environment.
  • Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel.
