Job description

Handle full set of accounts for multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and timely closing of monthly accounts.

Prepare monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, balance sheets, and management reports for all entities.

Perform regular financial reporting to management, highlighting key variances, trends, and recommendations.

Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and company secretary to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

Prepare joint-venture (JV) and project-based financial reports, including revenue tracking and cost allocation.

Maintain and analyse China export costing and profit margins, ensuring alignment between Malaysia and China financial statements.

Work closely with China teams and related parties on internal costing, Statement of Account (SOA) reviews, reconciliation, and payment schedules.

Oversee AP/AR functions, including invoice verification, payment processing, and debtor follow-up.

Ensure proper maintenance of financial records, accounting entries, and supporting documents.

Support cash flow management, including forecasting, monitoring, and fund allocation.

Assist in developing and refining internal controls, SOPs, and financial processes to improve efficiency.

Requirements & Culture Fit

Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written) to liaise with China counterparts; English required; Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.

Based in KL (Pasar Seni area).

Comfortable working in a young, dynamic, fast-growing team with hands-on involvement.

Able to work independently while collaborating across departments and regions.
