Senior Facilities Reliability Maintenance Supervisor
As a Senior Facilities Reliability Maintenance Supervisor, you will lead the strategic oversight and operational management of our facilities and operational equipment to ensure optimal functionality, safety, and efficiency. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of facility design, planning, construction, maintenance, and policy development, aligning with organizational goals and standards.

Lead and manage a team of technicians, providing tactical and operational leadership. Mentor and coach staff to meet performance expectations and departmental objectives.
- Work with Operations leadership and Maintenance Planner to perform maintenance activities on automation, conveyance, and other critical equipment during shift changes, lunch breaks, and other opportune times where possible
- Oversee the development and implementation of contingency plans for equipment failure to deliver maximum availability of critical equipment, and ensure that plans are executed with urgency when required
- Implement reliability best practices in alignment with Facilities Maintenance Excellence strategy
- Coordinate with Maintenance Planner and Technicians to ensure coverage.
- Manage the design, planning, construction, and maintenance of equipment, machinery, buildings, and other facilities.
- Plan, budget, and schedule facility modifications, including estimating equipment, labor, materials, and related costs.
- Monitor maintenance KPIs to drive optimal performance across critical metrics including uptime, mean time to repair, mean time between failures, recirc, etc
- Design and develop organizational policies relevant to the facilities department, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.
- Oversee the coordination of building space allocation, layout, communication services, and facilities expansion to support business needs.
- Review, create, and optimize asset PM scopes of work and schedules to optimize maintenance program effectiveness
- Establish and maintain health and safety standards across facilities, ensuring a secure and compliant work environment.
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
High School diploma or equivalent with 3+ years relevant experience in leading and managing processes, projects, and tactics within facilities management.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Experience in a manufacturing distribution center, warehouse, and/or fulfillment operation
- Experience with Exotec warehouse robotics systems, Sparck box-on-demand equipment, material handling equipment, conveyors, etc.
- Demonstrated ability in managing financial and material resources, critical thinking, project management, and personnel resources.
- Proficiency in Building Automation Systems (BAS), Computerized Maintenance Management Software programs (CMMS), HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing systems, maintenance operations, contract management, security, janitorial & grounds maintenance.
- Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
